The Farm Show has been good to us again this year! We won 10 awards with our 10 wines submitted. We’re proud to be the recipient of the 2012 Governor’s Cup for Best in Show with our 2010 Vidal Ice Wine!

Another shipment of tanks has arrived today with cooling jackets on them for cold stabilization. As much as we hate winter, we need some colder weather to get the wines cold stabilized. If the weather won’t do it then the new tanks certainly will.

We also got the apples today for the next batches of Yellow Jacket & Spiced Apple. I should be down there sipping on delicious apple juice rather than sitting upstairs blogging!

Here’s to another successful PA Farm Show competition!  We won another Governor’s Cup this year with our 2010 Vidal Ice Wine.  For those of you who have tried our Fire & Ice, we’ve sent it to the Florida State Fair competion.  How do you think it will do?
