As much as we hate winter, we need some colder weather to get the wines cold stabilized. If the weather won’t do it then the new tanks certainly will.

We also got the apples today for the next batches of Yellow Jacket & Spiced Apple. I should be down there sipping on delicious apple juice rather than sitting upstairs blogging!
